Caplinger potato salad

Yesterday I made the first batch of Caplinger potato salad ever made in Canada. Well, as far as I know.

Otto grilled some drumsticks and sausage to go along side. It was warm enough to run around in the sprinkler! And today it's even warmer - 34 degrees C (93 degrees F)! Wow, we had no idea it could get so warm here. (Thank you, Derek, for your conversion table - now I know why you have it!)

Potato salad sure looks yummy! Lupe has always said you make the best potato salad so I'm sure it is great. I started looking at vacation opportunities next summer up near Calgary so we are definitely missing you already!!! Too bad it'll be another year.
